Argentinians "Occupy, Resist, Produce" in the Take

If you haven't already seen it, I highly recommend the documentary The Take by Canadian anti-globalization crusaders Avi Lewis and Naomi Klein.

THE TAKE seamlessly weaves first-hand accounts from unemployed workers and their families with a critical overview of macro-economic policies. Contrasting the failed recipe of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) with the shop floor democracy embraced by workers in their ‘recovered companies,’ the film exposes the ideology and effects of the capitalist ‘Wild West.’

The film airs on the regular CBC network this Thursday, March 24 at 8:00 pm and rebroadcasts again on CBC Newsworld at 10:00 pm.
